Available Positions:
Digital Marketing Consultant
OakTree Digital is seeking a seasoned digital marketing consultant to assist in client project work in addition to collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to develop digital strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Consultative background with a high level of expertise in understanding client needs and proposing solutions
- Digital subject matter expert, with a concrete understanding of Web 2.0 and internet applications, social media, and mobile.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to engage senior-level executives.
- Exceptional understanding of marketing best practices and how to implement new programs and product offerings.
- 7 + years of agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership to clients as well as internal staff in developing digital strategies and campaigns.
- Drive and implement strategic services work.
- Assist in developing metric goals, tracking, and analytics for clients’ programs.
- Create and implement custom brand strategies
- Drive business insights through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations for innovation in marketing strategies.
- Work with business executives to integrate and drive digital initiatives into a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Recommend marketing strategies that help cultivate new business opportunities within existing client base.
- Ongoing consultation with existing clients to provide strategic leadership with respect to their web properties.

Marketing | Sales Intern
OakTree Digital is a creative full-service interactive agency located in downtown Portland. We are looking for a bright and creative individual that is willing to learn and would be excited about juggling different projects that will support our sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- College coursework focused in business, advertising, marketing, communications, and public relations.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Internet savvy
- Must be passionate for new technologies and digital marketing and actively involved in social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and work closely with the sales and marketing team to create marketing collateral.
- Write, proof, and publish content to social streams (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.)
- Update client database information and help create target lead lists.
- Help create newsletter content and other outbound sales/marketing literature.
- May have some specific involvement on client projects as needed.
