Cultivating Client Relationships for Over 15 Years
In 1992, John Schmitt founded “Oak Tree Publications,” the same year that Bill Clinton was elected the 42nd President and a “powerful” PC meant a 25 MHz processor with 4 MB of RAM! While OakTree’s first project was a paper and CD ROM directory for the Multimedia PC (MPC) Marketing Council, OakTree was an early pioneer in web design and development in 1994, and we have never looked back. Since then, we have completed literally thousands of projects, helping make hundreds of clients successful. Over the years, OakTree clients have included PCMCIA, 3COM, Intel, OHSU, Lattice Semiconductor, eBay, Netscape, Widmer Brothers Brewing, and many, many others.
Today, we are OakTree Digital, one of Portland’s most reputable and established marketing and technology firms. Though the technology and competitive landscapes have changed, our stance on service has remained the same: making each client successful.
Looking to the future, our commitment remains providing the service that brought us here, while constantly innovating to stay ahead of the curve.
